In 2009 Warren Fleming was awarded Community Supporter of the Year by Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett
This reward was given in recognition and appreciation of Mr. Fleming dedication to the principles and vision of the Juneteenth Celebration and his valuable leadership and unwavering commitment to his church, community and County-sponsored programs.
In 2009 QST,Inc was awarded Maryland State Vendors Contract (CATSII)
The objective of this Master Contract is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS II, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.
In 2009 QST, Inc receives award with Census Bureau
In 2008 QSTI Wins 8(a) Contract with Census Bureau.
Under this contract, QSTI will be providing Elevator Maintenance Support for the Census Bureau
In 2007 Mr. Fleming Receive Montgomery County Humanitarian Award
Mr. Fleming in recognition and appreciation of his ability to foster through the appropriate means, community activities for the betterment of the Damascus Community. Mr. Fleming’s hard work and dedication towered eliminating barriers for small business, inequality and other injustices in the community, and achieving equal rights and human dignity for all residents of Montgomery County is an inspiration to all.
In 2007 Mr. Fleming received citations award for Community Program Support from House of Delegate “Karen Montgomery”
Delegate Karen Montgomery of Montgomery County Maryland District-14 acknowledges Mr. Flemings outstanding support in his quest to bring equality to the elderly and homeless citizens in Montgomery County. Mr. Fleming’s contribution to support all Delegates in District-14 has empowered the unity among many citizens in Montgomery County Maryland.
In 2007 Mr. Fleming received citation award for Outstanding Citizen award from Senator Rona Kramer
Senator Rona Kramer of Montgomery County Maryland District-14 acknowledges Mr. Flemings outstanding support in designing and help pass a State Bond Bill that will allowed multiple culture citizens to work together in creating a historic museum in Damascus Maryland. Mr. Flemings “can do” approach enabled him to gather over two hundred citizens in Damascus Maryland to support the Damascus Museum Project.
In 2007 Mr. Fleming received citation award for Community Leadership from Maryland Controller Peter Franchot
In recognition of receiving the 2007 Marie Ferrington Award for being “The Life of the Party”, The Maryland Controller acknowledges Mr. Flemings actions by being the driving force of numerous projects in both commercial and government environments, providing quality service, no matter what the occasion, and having a huge impact on the spirit and vitality of the movement.
In 2006 Montgomery County Council-Members gave acknowledgement for Community Outstanding Support
Hate Crimes Against two Historically Black Churches and one Historic Rosenwald School in Montgomery County. Warren Fleming, Commissioner, Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission calls for action to be taken by County Officials, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, African American Advisory Group for the County Executive and other organizations to address the hate crime action to be taken against two historically Black Churches, Seneca Community Church, St. Marks United Methodist Church and Boyds Negro School. County Executive Douglas M. Duncan held a press conference at the St. Marks United Methodist Church, 19620 White Grounds Road, Boyds, Thursday, January 12, 3:00 p.m. Montgomery County Council President, George Leventhal and Councilmember Mike Knapp, Montgomery County Police Chief Manger, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, President, Henry Hailstock and Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission, Commissioner Fleming and others attended. The County Councilmember’s acknowledge Mr. Fleming actions as he led the fight for justice for his community.In 2007 QSTI was award an 8(a) Contract with Fort Detrick
QSTI was awarded and 8(a) contract with Fort Detrick to provided Elevator Renovation to two Buildings. QSTI was requested to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to refurbish personnel and freight elevators. QSTI provides all labor, material, equipment and supervision to remodel existing elevators that includes the following:
- Project Management
- Installation of new elevators power unit, including control valve tank and pump motor. This includes all new piping from the power unit to the hydraulic jack assembly.
- Replace the existing hydraulic jack system with safety bulkheads and AIN liner protection.
- Update and remodel front and rear door operating system, including, new closed loop door operator, new door tracks, hangers and rollers, new hatch doors with hangers, rollers and interlocks.
- Replace existing travel cables, including complete rewiring the existing hatchway, pit and limit switches.
- All work complies with the handicapped provisions of the Elevator Code and Americans with Disabilities Acts
In 2007 QSTI was award an 8(a) Contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Quantico Virginia
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI Academy)
QSTI was awarded and 8(a) contract with the FBI Academy in 2007 to provided Elevator Renovation to three Buildings.
