Elevator Escalator Renovation and Installation

QSTI has developed and maintains a strong relationship with Elevator/Escalator companies such as ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Elevator Control Service, and Mid-American Elevator Company. These relationships have allowed QSTI to successfully implement elevator and escalator renovations and installations with government agencies such as Fort Detrick, The FBI Academy in Quantico Virginia, the GSA Historical Cohen Building Escalators, the Environment Protection Agency, along with the Frederick School for the Deaf and Maryland State William Donald Schaefer Building.

The teaming of these elevator companies allows QSTI to be a service provider of vertical and horizontal transportation technology and to enhance the utilization of the Minority Business Enterprise Program (MBE). We are committed to delivering the best technology and quality to every single customer in a customized solution.

Many building managers are well-aware of the headaches that occur when an elevator is down for repair, but the QSTI team helps its clients eliminate those trouble calls. QSTI analyzes the client's individual needs and develops a program designed to provide the most cost-effective protection for the customer's elevator operation. QSTI specializes in program management and preventive maintenance, repair, modernization, and new installation.
